The Family Health Centers – Hominy Valley

The Family Health Centers welcome patients at their Hominy Valley location in Candler, just west of the intersection of Smokey Park Highway and Sand Hill Road. They are an independent, physician-owned practice dedicated to long-term relationships with their patients. They work with most insurance carriers, including Medicare. They offer many in-house services, including lab work, X-Ray, diagnostic ultrasound, pharmaceutical counseling and other services that can reduce the time and money you invest in your care.
