AJ Grein graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his Pediatric Residency and Neonatal-Perinatal Fellowship at Indiana University. Prior to joining the staff at AdventHealth, Dr. Grein was the Medical Director of the NICU at the Womack Army Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC and a pediatrician in Rutherfordton, NC.
